According to the administrator overseeing Hozon New Energy's bankruptcy case, by the close of August, 1,631 creditors had stepped forward to file claims, with the total amount reaching a staggering 26.58 billion yuan. In stark contrast, the debtor accounts of the company held a mere 15.4591 million yuan in monetary funds, as per the recorded balance. Moreover, the company is also indebted to more than 5,000 employees, with outstanding wages and economic compensation obligations totaling approximately 460 million yuan.
