On September 12, Neta Auto convened its inaugural creditors' meeting, unveiling significant strides in its bankruptcy reorganization proceedings. Meeting documents disclosed that, as of August 31, a cumulative total of 1,631 creditors had lodged claims against Neta Auto, with the aggregate debt hovering around 26.58 billion yuan. The administrator has meticulously completed the review process, validating claims from 1,340 creditors, which collectively amount to 5.183 billion yuan. Within this tally, 3 claims are secured, totaling 1.194 billion yuan, while 1,265 claims are unsecured, summing up to 3.987 billion yuan. Furthermore, 72 claims, encompassing 10.616 billion yuan, remain unverified.
