On September 2, Jinbei Automobile revealed its intention to invest 240 million yuan as a limited partner in the establishment of the Shenyang Automotive Industry Investment Fund Partnership. This investment comprises 30% of the fund's total subscribed capital contribution, which stands at 800 million yuan. Guangdong Yueke Parent Fund Investment Management Co., Ltd. has been appointed as the fund manager, with Yueke Parent Fund and Shenqi Xinzhi (Shenyang) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. serving as executive partners. All contributions to the fund will be made in cash.
