Sunny Optical Technology unveiled its shipment data for July 2025. Glass spherical lens shipments witnessed a robust growth, surging 22.4% month-over-month and 20.1% year-over-year. Mobile phone lens shipments, on the other hand, registered a monthly increase of 3.7% but experienced a yearly decline of 14.6%. Automotive lens shipments performed exceptionally well, posting a monthly rise of 2.7% and an annual jump of 28.8%. Shipments of other lenses increased by 3.3% on a monthly basis and 3.4% year-over-year. Mobile phone camera module shipments grew by 1.7% month-over-month but declined slightly by 2.9% compared to the same period last year. Shipments of other optoelectronic products dipped by 1.7% month-over-month and experienced a marginal decrease of 0.1% year-over-year.
