During the first half of 2025, China's e-paper tablet market witnessed a total sales volume of 829,000 units across all channels, marking a modest 2.5% year-over-year increase. The online market emerged as the dominant force, accounting for a significant 82.8% of overall sales. Among the top five brands by sales, which collectively held 88.9% of the market share, were Ape Reader, iReader, BOOX, iFLYTEK, and Hanwang. Notably, Ape Reader was the only brand to experience a decline in sales, whereas Hanwang recorded the most rapid growth, with its Clear series enjoying particular popularity. iFLYTEK led the pack in sales across all channels. The brands ranking from sixth to tenth were Zuoyebang, Bigme, Duokan, JD Read, and Kindle.
