Huawei's Pura X foldable phone is currently undergoing an upgrade to HarmonyOS 5.1. Nevertheless, certain novel features, including the latest Live Window, scenario modes, and personalized color cards, are not yet compatible with the current version. According to customer service, the new Live Window feature is projected to debut in the fourth quarter of 2025, offering support for diverse external screen displays on both Always On Display (AOD) and lock screen. Huawei's official website has recently updated the application scenarios supported by the Live Window, now encompassing instant messaging, audio and video playback, calls, alarms, and multi-device collaboration, among other functionalities.
