From October 7 to 9, the 26th Global Summit of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) took place in Malta. Throughout the event, more than 110 pairs of AR glasses sourced from China delivered real-time translation services across several key sessions. This innovative approach enabled attendees to comprehend speeches in various languages via captions projected right before their eyes, thereby doing away with the necessity for conventional simultaneous interpretation headsets. The AR+AI conference translation system, crafted by LLVision, had already been employed to support the WTTC Annual General Meeting, Members Circle, and the main venue of the summit. Prior to this, the system had also been successfully deployed on a large scale, with 300 glasses being used at the 2026 Beijing Culture Forum.
