Wang Kan, the product manager overseeing iQOO's flagship lineup, has announced that the upcoming iQOO 16 will forge a new partnership with Samsung Display, adopting a comprehensive, full-link collaborative approach. The collaboration will entail meticulous tuning across five key aspects of the display, with Samsung Display's headquarters laboratory furnishing exclusive calibration benchmarks. The iQOO 16 is poised to mark the global premiere of Samsung's latest M16 luminescent material and its innovative LEAD polarizer-free OLED technology. Regarding performance, the device is expected to be one of the first to integrate Qualcomm's sixth-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite platform or alternatively, debut with iQOO's proprietary gaming chip, the Q4. For battery endurance, the smartphone will boast an 8400mAh battery, complemented by support for both 100W wired and wireless fast charging. In the realm of imaging, it will showcase a triple-camera setup, each lens boasting a 50-megapixel resolution. As for the operating system, the iQOO 16 might be among the pioneering devices to run OriginOS 7.
