On August 27, Insta360 Innovation unveiled its semi-annual financial report for 2026. The report reveals that the company generated revenue of 5.516 billion yuan in the first half of the year, marking a year-on-year increase exceeding 50%. Research and development expenditures soared by nearly 80% compared to the same period last year, with 141 new patents secured and a cumulative total of over 1,200 patents granted both domestically and abroad. Concurrently, the Insta360 App witnessed a swift growth in both its user base and engagement levels. By June, the monthly active user count had surged by 67% year-on-year, while the total number of files exported by users skyrocketed by 126%. In the second quarter, the utilization rate of Insta360's cloud-based automatic editing tool, "Moment Pro," climbed to 60%, and the number of paid cloud storage users surged by over 124% year-on-year.
