HP Reports US$661 Million in Net Profit Attributable to Shareholders for Q3 FY2026, Marking a 13% YoY Decline

HP has unveiled its financial performance for the third quarter and the first half of FY2026. During the third quarter, HP's revenue soared to US$15.677 billion, reflecting a robust 12.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase. However, its net profit attributable to shareholders dipped to US$661 million, experiencing a 13% YoY decline. The half-year financial summary revealed that cumulative revenue amounted to US$44.523 billion, up 10% YoY, while net profit attributable to shareholders stood at US$1.656 billion, down 4.5% YoY. Analyzing by division, the Personal Systems segment witnessed an 18% YoY surge in revenue during the third quarter, whereas the Printing division saw a 2% YoY decrease. Notably, non-GAAP net profit attributable to shareholders climbed 8% YoY. Furthermore, HP distributed US$600 million back to shareholders in the quarter. The financial results indicated that both revenue and non-GAAP earnings per share surpassed market expectations. Consequently, HP has revised its full-year performance forecast upwards and offered insights into its anticipated performance for the fourth quarter.
