According to supply chain sources, Apple Inc. plans to break its long-standing tradition of new product releases by adjusting the traditional shipment schedule for its smartphones. Pegatron, one of Apple's core contract manufacturers, indirectly confirmed during its Q2 2026 earnings call that its major client will modify its mobile phone shipment plans.
