Goldcard Smart (300349.SZ) announced that its subsidiary, Goldcard Kazakhstan, recently signed a smart gas meter sales contract with BTS Digital, with a total value of approximately RMB 890 million. All goods are to be delivered no later than June 29, 2029. The contract takes effect from the date of signing, with payments to be made in installments. If successfully fulfilled, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's future financial and operational results, as well as enhance its market share in Central Asia.
