Several sources have reported that the development of Apple’s first foldable iPhone is progressing at an accelerated pace. A journalist has verified with industry insiders that the foldable iPhone has officially entered the mass production phase. Contract manufacturing behemoth Foxconn has initiated a large-scale recruitment drive to secure the workforce needed for the production of this new device. On July 7th, the official Ganzhou Foxconn account posted recruitment notices, seeking employees aged between 18 and 50, primarily for the production and processing of precision components for Apple phones. Additionally, on July 6th, Foxconn Human Resources also announced job openings for temporary workers across several sites, including the Longhua and Guanlan Apple A Business Groups, as well as the Longhua Sanying Business Group. All these sites are involved in the assembly of the foldable iPhone.
