Apple's first batch of MacBook Pros featuring OLED screens has achieved a breakthrough in mass production. Samsung Display, the panel supplier, has surpassed a 90% yield rate on its 8.6th-generation OLED production line, with some processes even reaching 95%. This level is considered the 'golden yield rate' for stable large-scale mass production. Samsung Display has commenced operations on the production line with a monthly capacity of 7,500 units and is expected to begin mass shipments of 8.6th-generation OLED panels as early as next month for Apple's 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models.
