On April 3, Xiaomi made an announcement stating that, due to the persistent and significant rise in the prices of crucial components, particularly global memory chips, the company has, after thorough evaluation, decided to modify the recommended retail prices for certain products currently on sale. This price adjustment will take effect from 00:00 on April 11, 2026. The changes will impact three models: the REDMI K90 Pro Max will see a price increase of RMB 200; for the Turbo 5 and Turbo 5 Max, the New Year special offers will be discontinued, although the 512GB large-memory versions will still be eligible for a subsidy of RMB 200.
