On April 2, JD.com and Honor inked a strategic cooperation agreement, with a definitive goal for Honor to attain sales surpassing RMB 100 billion through JD.com's omnichannel platforms within the next three years. The partnership will unfold across three pivotal areas: collaborative product development, joint user engagement, and ecosystem sharing. The two entities will jointly introduce innovative products, including the Honor Robot Phone and the Changwan 70 Plus large-screen AI smartphone. Moreover, they will deepen their cooperation in retail, logistics, and AI technology to expedite the widespread adoption of AI-powered devices. Beyond that, the collaboration will also zero in on overseas market expansion, with Western Europe as a primary target. JD.com's European online retail arm, Joybuy, will team up with Honor on a holistic range of initiatives, encompassing category planning, logistics fulfillment, localized operations, and marketing.
