Samsung has just rolled out a complimentary Android application, Hearapy, on the Google Play Store. The company asserts that users can mitigate discomfort associated with motion sickness, like car sickness, within a mere two-hour window by donning headphones and listening to low-frequency sound waves for roughly 60 seconds. Drawing on research conducted at Nagoya University in Japan, the app employs sound waves at precise frequencies to stimulate the vestibular system within the inner ear, thereby refining the user's sense of balance. The app boasts a straightforward interface, devoid of intricate settings, and is ideally used with Galaxy Buds 4 Pro. Nevertheless, it also seamlessly functions with headphones from various other brands.
