The staff member explained that the recent surge in demand for Moutai liquor, coupled with a significant increase in orders, has led to a flood of inquiry calls, causing longer wait times on the lines. Regarding the loading issues with the iMaotai App, the staff member assured that they would look into the matter with the relevant departments.
