Recently, Weijiu Optoelectronics announced the completion of its angel+ round financing amounting to nearly RMB 100 million. The funds will be primarily used for business expansion, capacity building, technological breakthroughs, and market development, providing momentum for the development of high-end microdisplay fields such as AR glasses and automotive displays. In October 2025, the process equipment for Weijiu Optoelectronics' pilot line in Suzhou entered the site, with a designed capacity capable of meeting the display needs for 3-4 million pairs of AR glasses, while also supporting various applications such as automotive ADB matrix headlights and Micro LED optical communications. After 90 days of effort, the pilot line achieved full-process integration in January 2026.
