On December 31, 2025, the Tianjin Low-Altitude Flight Service Platform kicked off its trial operations at Liulin Zhihui Building in Hexi District. This milestone marks the formal launch of Tianjin's low-altitude economy into a new era of standardized and systematic development.

The platform has pioneered the nation's first provincial-municipal integrated low-altitude management system, which is strictly in line with the latest national standards. It combines multiple functions, including information aggregation, flight services, safety supervision, and airspace management. It facilitates cross-regional flight coordination and emergency response collaboration, while also offering standardized service access points for various districts.

Additionally, the platform has established the nation's first provincial-level 'space-ground integrated' three-dimensional low-altitude spatial data foundation. By integrating static and dynamic information, such as airspace structure and route networks, it achieves highly integrated and visually represented airspace information.

Moreover, the platform has innovatively introduced the 'Low-Altitude Cloud' service system. This system optimizes resources through cloud-based integrated deployment, reduces operational and maintenance costs, and employs a quantum-encrypted network to ensure the security of processes like airspace information transmission and flight plan submissions.

Currently, the platform has achieved system integration and operational connectivity with several demonstration projects, including intelligent highway inspection, wetland ecological monitoring, and low-altitude medical emergency delivery. It supports the rapid integration of various unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operation platforms, driving the transition of low-altitude applications from 'single-point trials' to 'large-scale implementation'.
