Beginning January 1, 2026, JD.com is set to fully implement national subsidy policies across both its online and offline channels. Consumers who purchase specific refrigerators, washing machines, TVs, air conditioners, computers, and water heaters will be eligible for subsidies of up to 1,500 yuan per item or per transaction. For designated mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches and smart bracelets, as well as smart glasses, subsidies of up to 500 yuan per item or per transaction will be available. To access these subsidies online, consumers can simply search for 'national subsidies' on the JD.com APP to be directed to the dedicated event page. Offline, approximately 30,000 JD.com stores across the country will participate in this initiative simultaneously.
