On the afternoon of December 10th, the AR-E800, an 800-kilogram heavy-load electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft (eVTOL) independently developed by China, successfully accomplished its maiden flight at the Jingdezhen High-tech Airport. This aircraft does not belong to the conventional categories of helicopters or airplanes. The successful execution of its maiden flight heralds the introduction of an entirely new intelligent heavy-load transportation platform in China's low-altitude logistics sector.
