Qualified devices will benefit from free display replacements for a duration extending up to three years from the initial purchase date, accompanied by a 90-day post-repair warranty. Nevertheless, this program excludes phones exhibiting evidence of screen cracks, cover glass deterioration, or liquid ingress. Users have the option to initiate service requests via Google's brick-and-mortar repair centers, authorized service providers, or digital platforms. Previously, the Pixel 7/Pro series also encountered user grievances related to battery bulging problems, leading Google to extend complimentary repairs or monetary compensation.
