These measures aim to bolster technological upgrades and nurture formidable enterprises within the low-altitude economic landscape. Financial incentives will be extended to technological upgrade initiatives undertaken by low-altitude industrial enterprises that align with the provincial funding policies for enterprise technological advancements. Should enterprises opt to acquire production and ancillary equipment via direct finance leasing and channel these assets into declared technological upgrade projects that satisfy policy criteria, they will be eligible for leasing subsidies. Furthermore, for provincial enterprises operating in the low-altitude sector that achieve the distinction of being recognized as national-level single-product champions or as 'Little Giant' enterprises specializing in cutting-edge and niche technologies, cities are urged to offer supplementary rewards, building upon the foundation of existing provincial policies.
