During this live session, he made an important announcement: the domestic version of the iPhone Air will commence pre-sales at 9 a.m. on October 17 and will be officially available for offline purchase starting October 22.

It has been reported that Cook's visit to China is primarily aimed at promoting the swift rollout and implementation of eSIM card technology in the country. Additionally, he seeks to expedite the process of obtaining necessary permits for the integration of Apple AI technology in the Chinese market.
