In response, Apple's customer service clarified that this electrical noise is a typical phenomenon. The reason is that during the charging process, the phone employs a trickle charging technique, which can occasionally generate a faint electrical sound. The customer service representative recommended that users modify their battery optimization settings to 95% or look into potential software glitches. Additionally, if the noise is only present when playing media through third-party apps, it could potentially be a hardware-related issue. In such cases, users are encouraged to take their devices to an after-sales service center for a thorough examination.
