Furthermore, the document encourages the modernization of county-level e-commerce public service centers, advocates for the digital transformation of outlets at the county, township, and village levels, guides e-commerce platforms in refining their integrated fulfillment systems, and seeks to elevate the level of digitalization and intelligence in last-mile delivery operations.
