Recently, China Mobile unveiled its eSIM service reservation platform, empowering users to make reservations and access detailed guidelines upon logging in. According to the official announcement, the eligibility criteria for eSIM application are as follows: Only 11-digit mobile phone numbers are eligible, excluding fixed-line numbers; Applicants are required to present themselves in person at offline business halls, armed with their mobile phones and ID cards for processing; Currently, minors, overseas users, and agents are not eligible for this service; A single mobile phone is permitted to activate up to two eSIM numbers from domestic carriers; Each eSIM-enabled phone can activate a maximum of two new numbers monthly; Under the same ID card, the combined total of eSIMs and physical SIM cards must not exceed five.
