On August 25, two unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) collided at the wind tunnel atop the Shanghai World Financial Center, situated at an elevation exceeding 400 meters. Subsequently, the drones plummeted and breached the waterproof layer of the 96th-floor platform. On the evening of August 28, the Pudong Branch of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau announced that the drone enthusiasts involved, identified as Mr. Huo, Mr. Xu, and Mr. Pei, have been administratively punished for violating drone flight regulations.
