On July 22, international crude oil futures prices experienced a modest decline. Specifically, the August West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil futures closed down by $0.14, or roughly 0.21%, settling at $67.20 per barrel. Similarly, the September Brent crude oil futures declined by $0.07, or 0.10%, ending the day at $69.21 per barrel. Concurrently, natural gas futures prices witnessed a sharp drop, with the August NYMEX natural gas futures closing more than 6.73% lower at $3.3250 per million British thermal units.
