According to Lu Hanchen, Director of the GGII Robotics Industry Research Institute, the automotive industry has emerged as a key area for humanoid robot deployment due to its substantial market size, advanced automation levels, robust payment capabilities, and pressing need for flexible operations. It is anticipated that within the next 3 to 5 years, as the costs of humanoid robots decline and debugging efficiency enhances, their penetration in the automotive, heavy industry, and other sectors will surge, potentially unleashing significant value on a large scale.
