InnoCare Pharma is pleased to announce that its lead product, DB-1310, has secured Fast Track Designation from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). DB-1310, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) specifically targeting the human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3), is intended for the treatment of adult patients diagnosed with advanced or unresectable, metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (nsqNSCLC). This designation applies to patients who have experienced disease progression following treatment with third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) and platinum-based chemotherapy, and who harbor EGFR exon 19 deletions or L858R mutations.
