Longys intends to acquire a 56.0299% stake in Shenzhen E-Link Wireless Technology Co., Ltd. for a cash consideration of RMB 352 million. Of this amount, 51.1494% will be purchased from Chen Zheng, while the remaining 4.8805% will be acquired from Shenzhen Boyuan Zhilian Management Consulting Partnership. Upon the successful completion of this transaction, Longys will assume control of E-Link Wireless, a company specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of network equipment, including broadband access devices and wireless network devices.
