On July 4th, Shiyun Circuit announced its intention to acquire a 5% stake, amounting to 7,759,000 shares, in Guangdong Lyle New Material Technology Co., Ltd. from Guangdong Tenair through an agreement-based transfer. The transaction price per share is set at RMB 19.74, summing up to a total transfer value of RMB 153,162,660. Upon the completion of this deal, Shiyun Circuit will become a 5% shareholder in Lyle Technology, fostering deep collaboration between the two companies in various sectors such as automotive electronics, new energy batteries, low-altitude flight technology, humanoid robots, and AI servers.
