On July 4, aiming to bolster organizational leadership and coordination in the realms of general aviation, unmanned aviation, and the low-altitude economy, the Civil Aviation Administration undertook a comprehensive restructuring. It refined and realigned the existing Leading Group for General Aviation, the Leading Group for Civil Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Management, and the Leading Group for Low-Altitude Economic Development. Furthermore, the Administration inaugurated a novel Leading Group for General Aviation and Low-Altitude Economy. Moving forward, the Civil Aviation Administration will prioritize the development of strategic planning, aircraft airworthiness certification, market oversight, and the establishment of robust flight operation and safety supervision systems. Concurrently, it will foster the development of flight service support and scheduling platforms, thereby ensuring the safe and orderly progression of general aviation and the low-altitude economy.
