Dow Technology intends to invest in the construction of a 30,000-tonne cathode copper hydrometallurgical plant in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, with a total investment not exceeding US$165 million. This substantial investment will be executed by the company's holding subsidiary, Hong Kong Jiana Co., Ltd. Furthermore, Dow Technology will revise its equity incentive plan for Wang Kunming and appoint Mai Liangfang as the representative for securities affairs, reflecting the company's commitment to both growth and governance excellence.
