Windkai has declared its intention to purchase a 51% stake in Jiangsu Zenith Intelligence Control Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zenith Intelligence Control") through a cash transaction amounting to 171 million yuan. Upon the completion of this deal, Zenith Intelligence Control will transform into a majority-owned subsidiary of Windkai and will be integrated into Windkai's consolidated financial statements. These innovations have garnered significant acclaim from prominent downstream clients.
