QuantumCTek has unveiled its financial report for the third quarter of 2026, revealing a total revenue of RMB158 million for the initial nine months, marking a 16.73% decline compared to the same period last year. The net loss attributable to the parent company stood at RMB47.0709 million. However, the net cash outflow from operating activities saw a 26.54% reduction year-on-year. Focusing solely on the third quarter, revenue amounted to RMB34.4103 million, experiencing a 49.66% year-on-year decrease. This downturn was primarily attributed to delays in the acceptance of quantum computing projects, with the associated revenue anticipated to be recognized in the fourth quarter. Notably, QuantumCTek's investment in research and development accounted for a substantial 52.61% of its revenue during the first three quarters, underscoring its unwavering commitment to overcoming core technological hurdles.
On the same day, QuantumCTek also revealed two related-party transactions. It intends to supply a superconducting quantum computer and associated technical services to China Telecom Quantum Group, with a contract value nearing RMB64.7727 million. Additionally, the company plans to disburse RMB8.9 million to the University of Science and Technology of China for the procurement of technical development services for two pivotal devices. As a frontrunner in delivering high-performance superconducting quantum computing solutions, this transaction signifies the seventh superconducting quantum computer sold by QuantumCTek. It not only highlights the company's industrialization prowess but also showcases the collaborative synergy among state-owned enterprises, leading-edge research institutions, and technology innovation firms in propelling the industrialization of quantum technology achievements.
