On October 14, 2026, FF EAI Robotics (FFR) made an announcement regarding the execution of a conclusive agreement with Faraday Future (FFAI). In this agreement, FFR is set to acquire FFAI's robotics assets and business operations through an all-stock deal. The transaction price is set at $2.246 per share, which signifies a premium of roughly 50% and places the total deal value at $200 million. FFR aspires to be the inaugural Pure-Play enterprise within the 'Quad-Core AI-Powered' humanoid and bionic EAI robotics ecosystem to be listed on the U.S. stock market. Its ambition is to secure a position within the top three in terms of comprehensive ranking in the EAI robotics sector within the next five years. This transaction has received the green light from a special committee of the board of directors, which is composed of independent directors. Additionally, it is backed by a fairness opinion provided by an independent financial advisor. It is anticipated that all aspects of the closing process will be finalized by the end of the current month. Once the deal is closed, FFAI is expected to own approximately 65.7% of FFR's shares. At the financial level, FFR will essentially be debt-free, and its operational advantages at the business level will be realized at a faster pace.
