Tencent Holdings Limited has finalized the pricing for four tranches of bonds, denominated in both US dollars and offshore Renminbi (RMB), with plans to issue unsecured senior notes amounting to a total of US$1.8 billion and RMB 26 billion (equivalent to roughly US$5.7 billion). Tencent announced that, after accounting for relevant fees, the net proceeds from the US dollar-denominated notes are anticipated to reach approximately US$1.79 billion, while those from the RMB-denominated notes are expected to amount to around RMB 25.89 billion. These funds will be allocated for general corporate needs. The bonds are slated for issuance on October 21 and are set to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, further solidifying Tencent's position in the global financial market.
