Republicans have labeled this as their ultimate offer to the Democrats. However, certain Democrats are not content with the ethical stipulations pertaining to the cryptocurrency industry that are encompassed within it and are seeking further modifications. The alternative proposal is anticipated to be submitted just a few hours prior to a crucial procedural vote on Tuesday. This vote will decide whether the bill can advance to the entire chamber for comprehensive review and debate. As of now, the two parties have not yet come to an agreement on the ethical provisions.
