On September 11, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology collectively unveiled the Action Plan for the High-Quality Development of Digital Villages (2026-2030). This strategic blueprint outlines a vision to enhance rural integrated application infrastructure, bolster the collaborative utilization of satellite and aerial remote sensing resources, and foster the widespread adoption of the Beidou Satellite Navigation System in precision farming operations, disaster monitoring, and early warning systems. Concurrently, it champions the innovative deployment of blockchain technology in agricultural product traceability and rural collective asset management, while also broadening the application horizons of the 'low-altitude economy+' concept within the agricultural and rural sectors.
