Dongxing Securities (601198.SH) has officially declared that its A-share stock will experience its final trading day on September 14, 2026. Subsequently, trading will be suspended indefinitely from the market's opening on September 15 until the delisting process is finalized. As part of a strategic restructuring, CICC intends to absorb and merge both Dongxing Securities and Cinda Securities by issuing new A-share stocks. In this transaction, the shares currently held by Dongxing Securities' shareholders will be converted into CICC's A-share stocks, in accordance with the predetermined share exchange ratio.
