On September 1, Beijing officially launched three insurance pools dedicated to biomedicine, intelligent robotics, and pilot-scale insurance. These pools, which are a collaborative effort involving 11 property insurance companies and 2 reinsurance companies, are designed to tackle emerging risk assurance challenges. They achieve this by establishing a two-tiered risk diversification mechanism—'direct insurance coupled with reinsurance'—thereby offering robust risk protection for enterprises engaged in scientific and technological innovation.
