According to Tomshardware, legendary Windows developer Dave W. Plummer has released TMOG, a cross-platform task manager that reimagines the classic 80KB task manager first introduced in Windows NT 4.0 in 1996. TMOG natively supports Windows 11 and is also compatible with macOS and Linux. While waiting for his son's emergency surgery, Plummer used a MacBook Air M5 to input a 107-page technical specification document into Claude Code to complete the coding. The first version was generated in approximately 4.5 hours and ran normally on its first attempt. Currently, the Beta version is available, and Plummer is continuously optimizing it based on feedback.
