On August 26, Li Hongtao, the Chief Analyst at Huayuan Securities, emphasized in his keynote speech that the commercial space sector is shifting from thematic to value investment. He highlighted that with the successful implementation of reusable rocket technologies, exemplified by the Long March 10 and Zhurong-3, the industry is swiftly closing existing gaps. This advancement is propelling the commercial space sector into a phase of accelerated large-scale network deployment.

In terms of infrastructure development, the Wenchang launch sites and satellite mega-factories have commenced commercial operations. These developments have notably enhanced launch capabilities and mass manufacturing efficiency, effectively mitigating bottlenecks that previously hindered industry growth.

From a business model standpoint, there is a noticeable surge in demand for direct-to-mobile connectivity and space-based computing power. Notably, China's second-generation experimental satellite has already demonstrated video call functionality, marking the establishment of an initial commercial closed loop. Li Hongtao envisions commercial space, often referred to as '6G in space,' as a foundational global infrastructure with a market potential reaching trillions of yuan.

Given the continuous influx of capital in the primary market and the long-term investment appeal in the secondary market, high-growth sectors such as rocket components, antenna TR modules, solar arrays, and inter-satellite laser links are poised for significant attention and investment.
