Supermicro has completed an independent investigation into its export compliance program. The investigation team found no evidence that the company's senior management was aware of the alleged transshipment plan, nor did it find evidence of the company directly selling products to restricted parties. Furthermore, the investigation found no evidence to suggest that the potential transshipment of restricted products could render the company's previously issued financial statements unreliable.
