Recently, a suite of five certification and accreditation industry standards has been formally unveiled. These standards encompass the General Evaluation Requirements for Certification and Review of Automotive Chip Institutions, which have received approval for establishment from the State Administration for Market Regulation (CNCA). Notably, these five standards represent the world's inaugural capability evaluation standard system tailored for institutions engaged across the entire automotive chip industrial chain. This development marks a significant institutional milestone for China in its pursuit of constructing an independently controllable automotive chip quality assurance framework. Ultimately, these standards are poised to play a pivotal role in fostering the emergence of a trillion-yuan automotive chip industrial ecosystem.
