He anticipated that solid-state batteries might reach the industrialization phase around 2030. Additionally, Wan Gang expressed optimism regarding the potential of sodium-ion batteries, highlighting their cost-effectiveness, safety features, and suitability for commercial vehicles as well as use in high-altitude, cold regions.
