On August 19, Unitree Robotics (688836) made its official debut on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (STAR Market) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, marking a historic moment as it became the inaugural "humanoid robot stock" listed on A-shares. The company's shares were issued at a price of 150.80 yuan each, boasting a price-to-earnings ratio of 219 times. Following its listing, Unitree Robotics achieved a market capitalization of approximately 61 billion yuan, successfully raising nearly 6.1 billion yuan in funds with a remarkably low winning rate of 0.018% for investors.
Notably, the company achieved this milestone in a mere 100-plus days from the acceptance of its IPO application to its official listing, setting a new benchmark for the review process speed on the STAR Market. The funds raised will be predominantly channeled into key areas, including the development of intelligent robot models and ontology technology, with the aim of accelerating the commercialization journey of embodied intelligent products.
